Paseos is a gorgeous mediterranean style neighborhood with a little over 300 homes... the beauty of Paseos is no mandatory country club dues!!! However, it boasts a beautiful, resort style swimming pool, expansive green spsces with park benches, tennis courts, walking/jogging/biking paths, and play areas for children.
The community has a friendly neighborhood feel and is one of my favorite places to list and sell homes. Prices range from 400-600's and there are a variety of one and two story floorplans to choose from. Most homes fall in the 3500 square foot range, some have swimming pools.
